2010 has already seen plenty of classic Air Jordan re-releases; however, perhaps the most anticipated one doesn’t drop until December- the Cool Grey Air Jordan XI. It also seems as though we won’t have to wait entirely too long for the next big Air Jordan retro release following that. Recently, a catalog scan of the beloved white cement Air Jordan III has surfaced. Moreover, this white cement retro Air Jordan III is tentatively set to drop in either February or March of 2011- with or without slight alterations. Pictured here is the original white cement Air Jordan III along with what is rumored to be the catalog scan of next year’s retro drop. Could Jordan Brand have already outdone news of the retro Cool Grey AJ XI with this news of the white cement AJ III before either has even released?
We have seen quite a few Fusions being released this past week, however, none have seen more hype than these white, black and varsity maize releases. Using a leather construction, the kicks feature a white upper with a grey midsole and an accent of black nubuck on the ankle. Varsity maize is essentially a deep yellow, and it’s found throughout the sneaker in small details. If you are as hype as the rest of the world for these Jordan Force Fusions, then check them out at a Jordan retailer near you.
Air Jordan 6 Retro “Infrared” Pack is one of the much-awaited releases this year. Jordan Brand fans are not so happy with the release of Air Jordan 6s this year and they hardly liked it. So, the release of Air Jordan 6 Retro “Infrared” Pack would definitely be a good news for them. Although none of the retailers of Jordan Brand have information about release of these sneakers, but we have managed to grab some of its pictures. So, take a look here!
No doubt that you have already seen one of the Air Jordan 6 Retros included in the Infrared Pack few weeks ago. The white colorway was first revealed as a solo release but what we are anticipating now is a pack that brings both white and black. This is the Infrared Pack in a double-layered boxing construction.
The Air Jordan Spiz’ike upper is composed of predominately black patent leather. This comes obvious on the toe box through the lace panel and tongue while textured mudguard and heel add some detailing. The red Jumpman logo stands out on the tongue accompanied by a clear lace lock. Trapezoidal rubber strap incorporated on the heel is designed for additional heel support whereas the mesh rubber mid-section panel is intended for better ventilation.
In celebration of their historic relationship, Jordan Brand and Spike Lee have come together to design the Jordan Spiz’ike – a style that takes inspiration from the Air Jordan III, IV, V and VI. This functional sneaker for the hardwoods offers a Q1000 and patent leather, durabuck or nubuck upper with plastic mesh overlays, eye-catching color accents and the famous Air-Sole® unit in the heel. The upper design and double lacelock system is taken from the Air Jordan V and Air Jordan VI, the strap first appeared on the AJ IV and the solid rubber sole is combined with the original pattern from the AJ III. Pay tribute to MJ’s image and Spike’s film-making savvy by rocking this style like no other.
Although some would think that the white/citrus combination is not that striking for the summer, this Air Jordan IX release still aims to make a record being one of the most anticipated kicks for this year
A while back we took a first look at one of the new pairs of shoes that is set to release as part of the Air Jordan BIN 23 line and at that time details surrounding the shoe were still limited. This is the new version of the Air Jordan 9 BIN 23 in a white and wheat colorway and from what we saw before and what we are seeing now, this shoe is really looking nice, possibly one of the best versions of the Air Jordan 9 that we have ever seen.
Brand Jordan continues to pay honor to the most excellent basketball player of all time, Michael Jordan by releasing new models out from the Air Jordan lineup. One of these new silhouettes that recently started its exposure to the public is the Air Jordan Accolades 2010.
This hybrid-looking shoe has been influenced by the classic Air Jordan 10 with the most prominent feature being the outsole design. The upper though was inspired by the Air Jordan 3 with its elephant print design appearing on the lace panel and heel. Air Jordan 2010 gave inspiration to the heavily perforated panel that covers the shoe’s major part.
For the Jumpman logo, it appears in three places – tongue, heel, and outsole. Other attributes of the Air Jordan Accolades 2010 comes from the outsole that reveals alternate black and white zebra-like stripes, along with a midsole that sports a black/red combo plus red inner liner.
